Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process instead.


Returns Policy

You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Please contact our support team before returning your item. Unsolicited returns may not be processed.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.


Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after your return has been received and approved by our team. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the funds.


Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges in the form of store credit for sizing-related issues.
